I. Packaging Principle
The machine utilizes the differential speed ratio of wear-resistant rubber rollers to fully stretch the PE stretch film before wrapping it evenly around the rotating load. Parameters such as the wrapping process and quantity can be freely configured; sensors collect and transmit data to the central processor (PLC), which processes the information to coordinate and control the equipment’s actions. The complete packaging process is as follows: set the number of wrapping layers and attach the film to the load; press the “Run” button; once the machine completes the cycle based on the preset parameters, manually cut the film; finally, disengage the pneumatic top-pressure device and remove the wrapped load.
