This down-press strapping machine with a strap track is specifically designed for strapping pallets and heavy loads. It features an open-frame arch and a movable strap track mechanism that securely binds the cargo. The machine boasts a rational structure and is simple and convenient to operate. It is widely used across various industries, including foreign trade exports, furniture, electronics and appliances, food and beverages, printing and papermaking, bottle and brick manufacturing, ceramics, handicrafts, semi-finished goods handling, exhibition logistics, and machinery transport. Controlled by a PLC and touchscreen system, it achieves timing precision down to one millisecond and can integrate with equipment such as palletizers, top-sheet applicators, stretch wrappers, labelers, and edge-protector applicators to enable intelligent, unmanned assembly-line operations. Compared to side-track strapping systems, the down-press design offers superior adaptability for pallets of varying sizes and heights.
