Operators use a hydraulic pallet jack or forklift to position the loaded pallet onto the turntable of the wrapping machine. Upon pressing the start button (or receiving a command via system integration), the strapping unit (featuring a strap-feeding track) and the turntable automatically execute a “#”-pattern strapping sequence. Once strapping is complete, if film wrapping is required, the operator attaches the stretch film to the pallet and presses the wrapping start button; the machine then automatically performs the wrapping process. After wrapping concludes, the film is automatically cut, and the pallet can be removed using a pallet jack or forklift.
