This machine utilizes the differential speed ratio of wear-resistant rubber rollers to fully pre-stretch the PE stretch film before wrapping it evenly around the rotating palletized load; the turntable is driven via a friction-based mechanism. Parameters such as the wrapping process and quantity can be freely configured; sensors collect and transmit data to the central processor (PLC), which processes the information to coordinate and control the equipment’s operations. Wrapping process overview: After setting the number of wrapping layers and reinforcement wraps (typically one reinforcement cycle suffices unless greater stability is required) and attaching the film to the pallet, the operator presses the “Run” button. The machine completes the cycle according to the preset parameters, after which the operator manually cuts the film to finish the process. Models featuring an opening-gate film carriage can be optionally equipped with an automatic film-cutting system.
