The XT300PPS stretch wrapper with an openable film carriage primarily consists of a main frame, a wrapping assembly, and a control system. The frame is constructed from high-quality steel, offering a robust structure and superior torsional rigidity to ensure stability during high-speed operation. The wrapping assembly features an advanced film carriage system capable of rapid, uniform, and tight wrapping, guaranteeing both the security and aesthetic appeal of the packaged product.
The control system serves as the core of the machine, utilizing advanced PLC technology to enable the selection and adjustment of various packaging modes. Operation is simple and convenient; the automated packaging process is initiated simply by setting the appropriate parameters. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) that makes operation more intuitive and user-friendly.
ZXPACK Stretch Wrapping Machines are able to wrap the pallet bottom and lock the product on the pallets. Provide enough containment force for the pallet load. Ensure your loads are properly wrapped and safely shipped.
XT300PPS is easy to operation. Simply attach stretch film to the pallet and press the “Auto-start” button, the pallet is wrapped automatically. Only need the operator cut the film and remove the pallet.
